Reply to HELP: routing the VCI-100 se with M-Audio connectiv + KAOSSILATOR

I wonder if I can route my Kaossilator Through the LINE IN on the M-Audio Connectiv... and how do I do this? if possible: how I can control volume or apply effects to the LINE IN????
