Reply to prob with win7 and rmx

Just installed windows 7 now my rmx cannot b found.........i have searched google found bits and bobs but still the same.......drivers install but the device doesnt...anyway been the best of 12 hours tryin to find a solution....if anyone can help...That would cheer me u no end!
