Reply to VCi-100 + X-Station with Traktor3- the best way?

It just dawned on me that my X-Station has an Audio Interface built in! Considering my only other AI is an MBox, I believe it would be much better to have the controller to use during performances as well!

Anyone have any experience using the Traktor 3 with one? How do you suggest I use both controllers with the software?
