Jayne Yellowhair 30.01.2010 | Okay thanks for that Damn I have so many wishes! I want MPD24/26, studio monitors, maybe X1 or Xone1D.. But no money for all of that :P And I still need some decent headphones arghh..! |
Luna Coupal 29.01.2010 | I saw several of the same reviews you did about the pads being nasty. Since Akai brags about the MPDs having the same pads as the MPCs, I don't believe there is any differentiation. I've seen the same reviews you have about Akai pads. I've read the Korg padKontrol has more sensitive pads than Akai's most sensitive setting.. from people who have owned both. I believe this to be true. HOWEVER, I believe it's ridiculous that some people say the pads are crummy. I read a few bad reviews on the pads from MPD24 owners.. but after getting my hands on the controller.. I realized that it was all a little ridiculous. The MDP24 is sensitive to light touches (even to touches on the corners of the pads). Hope this helps! |
Jayne Yellowhair 29.01.2010 | This is what I was looking for, good call question: do you know if there is a difference in 'feel' between 24 and 26 pads? The pads seem to get some nasty reviews on some websites.. |
