Reply to 120+ I/0 Midi Micro Processor?

Not sure if this is the right section, but here goes anyways...

Ive looked around a bit and have not been able to find a midi processor that will give me 120+ In/Outs... Im believeing I will probably need to go the DIY route and get a couple of chips and a custom PCB. Before I do that I thought I would put the question out there.

Any ideas?
