VCI-100SE v3 mapping will not work at all!
Posted on: 28.02.2010 by Cathie Sochacki
Hey Guys,

I have the DJTT VCI-100SE and have been using the v2.5 mapping or the last while. I'm interested to try the v3 mapping - so I downloaded it, imported it, but absolutely nothing works at all. When I move any of the sliders or knobs, I can see the MIDI light on Traktor Pro lighting up, but none of the corresponding functions works in Traktor at all.

I have used maps where some stuff did not work, but not everything. I must be doing something wrong, any suggestions?
Thanks

no, he meant a feature new in 1.2.4 (or 1.2.3)
I'd recommend upgrading see if that works

ok just read this from the mappings page on DJTT:
REQUIREMENTS
You must have Traktor Pro Version 1.24 or later
This file works with all VCI-100

It works perfectly with 2.5 - I have been mixing on it all week. This morning I just clicked import, selected v3, and all of a sudden nothing works. If I import v.25 again it all goes back to working fine. Doesn't make any sense really

Hmm, actually, do you need the latest version of traktor pro for this? I've still only got 1.2.1, maybe that's it...
