Reply to VCI-300 jogwheel issues

I'm very angry. My VCI-300 was bought new 6 months ago. I always had it inside the foamed VCI-300 bag and used it only once at a gig.

The jogwheels seem to be ruined anyway.
Although I played around with the touch sensitivity levels on the backside a lot the wheels only react sporadically to my touches.

After a lot of playing around the left jogwheel works almost satisfying while the right jogwheel depending on the touch sensitivity level either never reacts (stays blue) or gets stuck being touched (stays red).

Also both wheel wobble while they rotate.

How can I improve the behaviour?

The sad thing about this is that I stored my much older VCI-100 in the same rucksack without an extra bag and it's jogwheels still work perfectly.
