Hercules RMX pitch slider problem

Hey Guys,

First of all, its my first time writing in this community , so pardon me if I sound like a complete noob.

I have a Hercules RMX with traktor pro v 1.1, I am using armyofme's controller mappings for this.

The mapping is awesome, but I do have a slight problem with the pitch faders...it seems that the reaction time of each fader is more than expected, so if I move the pitch slightly to alter the song's bpm, I get no response, and as I continue to move it, it suddenly catches up with the midi command and just jumps by 5 or 6 BPM (enough to be noticeable) and it gets very annoying...

I read in DJTT that sometimes the cable can be responsible for certain malfunctions..has anyone else had this problem? What do you guys believe this could be?

Thanks for your help!
