Reply to Help getting trigger finger to work

For some reason my trigger finger just wont work
in traktor if it just pick it up then i map it the second i play a track it just stops working again i have pressed like all the buttons so has that changed something?
does it have to be on a certin program etc....

never had any problem with any of midi stuff before its normaly just plug and play if anyone could help would be amazing thanks
