Any thoughts on this ? Pros and Cons?

I was believeing of getting a VCI-100SE but looking at this made me wonder about the well being of my investment.

Also, if I pay 800$ + for a controller, don't you guys believe it would be a better idea for me to wait for the Traktor Kontrol S4 ?
