Reply to Calling on all Rane TTM SL users!!

Seeing as I'm in the market for a pro battle mixer, I'm seriously believeing about buying the serato edition of the Rane TTM, I just wondered if it's pos to use it's midi capabilities with other software than serato? Plus whats the score with the built in serato interface, is that Serato only, or can I run any music app through it??
