Reply to Numark Total Control

Hi guys,

A little question for total control users....

I tried the omni control last week and I noticed the bass mid & high knobs have worked loose (on all models)...I mean when i turn a knob, there is about 2 mm space before the eq on the software change...it's like a dead zone.....
all other knobs for the effect work well

Is it the same on the total control ?
