The s4 has actual knobs while The 3d has all touch strips.. And the 1d has way larger platters for vinyl emulation.. 3d: most customization 1d: vinyl plus rotary encoders and cues S4: new traktor plus sampler section |

| Roscoe Schaum 26.10.2010 | Just curious why price isn't factored in here, a SCS.1m & 2 SCS.1ds are right at the 2 grand mark, you could buy a S4, Maschine, 2 Midifighters or Kontrol X1s and take your old lady out for dinner for the same price. |

Also, since the S4 has not been released yet, it is impossible to get near the number of reviews of the product compared to stanton's, which I believe won the best DJ controller at the Ibiza Tech Awards 2 weeks ago. |

And I read a lot of reviews from people with positive feedback from this Stanton new controllers, SCS.1 and SCS.3. |
