Crissy Stellini 20.12.2010 | Thanks. probably will do so |
Leeanna Ayla 20.12.2010 | Sounds like it may be a hardware issue. You should contact NI support and start a ticket with them. |
Crissy Stellini 20.12.2010 | thanks for the advice: try, but unfortunately did not help. tried to change the adapter and headphones - the problem remains. obvious that the problem in the connector. |
Leeanna Ayla 19.12.2010 | Check that the nut on the outside of the headphone jack on the front of the S4 is tight. You can put some isopropyl alcohol on a piece of cotton cloth and clean the inside of the headphone jack. Give it a few minutes to fully evaporate though before plugging the headphones back in. Also check that any adapters you have on your headphones are not bad and on tight. |
Crissy Stellini 19.12.2010 | Thanks. I understand that you need to look inside that and how there ... but the question arises that if the workaround will not work with a guarantee I automatically flew from the fact that self unraveled S4. can anyone have the experience. |
Christina Fallo 19.12.2010 | Really depends on what it is into, maybe find a replacement jack and solder it in? I had this problem with my IPod touch but since it is so small I had to replace the whole thing. Hopefully its be enough to be fixed? |
