I don't understand what i am doing wrong. i followed all of the steps and i am sure its in boot mode because it doesn't light up. what do i do | |

| Leeanna Ayla 24.12.2010 | I usually put mine on some rolls of tape or edges of books to make sure nothing was being touched. |
| Dorsey Cesena 24.12.2010 | i have the vci flipped upside down on a soft bed sheet so i believe that the jog wheels are definitely being touched |
| Leeanna Ayla 24.12.2010 | Make extra sure no buttons or the jogs are being pressed. Search the firmware update help threads for changing the advancedsetup.exe file. That seems to help lots of people. |
