Reply to Sound card help

Im running laptop abelton live, novation launch pad,and a DVS. In stead of getting a mixer now cause i cant afford one i believe im just going to use launch pads mixer. The only thing about my setup is a need a way to hear tracks before i play them DUHHHHHHHHHHH. I was gonna get a multiple output sound card and set it up in ableton. this should give me the ability to listen on the head phones before actually playing. SO what do you guys suggest for a external sound card? or just get some kind of small midi mixer with multiply outputs? Thank you for all advice!
