VCI-100 X-Fader issues with Traktor 1.2.4

Hey first post, but I've been using many of the tutorials and mappings here.
So I'm using an original VCI-100, no firmware or anything with the 1.3 DJTT Mapping on PC. I know it doesn't translate exactly but it works until I get my firmware up.

Question is: Why does my crossfader only send information on each end of the cross fader? This is very tedious to have to stare at traktor while i very delicately move the X-Fader. What do I do? Is this hardware or software related?

Cool! I finally got my jogplates tightened and so now everything is great!
Thanks for the help!

The other two or your jog wheel sensitivity screws. Use little screwdrivers and be gentle. Actually if the jogs aren't giving you problems I wouldn't adjust them.

Never mind I fixed it, how do I adjust the other two?

how exactly do I manage that? It looks like something has to be inserted?

Adjust the cross fader curve on the back of the unit.
