Reply to behringer DDM 4000 - no Vertical and X faders working on traktor pro

Title of the thread pretty much explains it guys,

ive got my sound routed to external mixing, midi is working just not on the faders, which is pretty much one of my most important parts of mixing?

so confused, tried everything.

Are they not supposed to work or something?
