Routing a Synth into Traktor Posted on: 06.04.2011 by Jacalyn Birkenstock Hi everyone, I got this piano http://www.pawnmart.com/?itemid=21474886097 , and want to know how can I setup it to use it at the same time of traktor, to improvise or create riffs over the actual song in real time, using the loop recorder. Also I will need to get through ableton first or other program that can give me more sounds, because the ones i got are awfull, wich program can do this?, I dont want all the functions or ableton, just the midi instruments. I was believeing Reaktor ?? What do you believe? | |

Jacalyn Birkenstock 08.04.2011 | Actually I want to loop what I play, so it just continue playing over the actual song. I will be buying a Twitch so I guess I will can use it with serato no? |
Leeanna Ayla 08.04.2011 | Sounds like you really just want to use one of the decks as a live input and play the synth through it. If that's the case it's just a matter of hooking it up through your sound card. It has mid I/O, but after a quick Google I believe it's limited to what it does. You'll need a 1/4" to RCA cable to connect it to your sound card. |
Inez Marcinik 08.04.2011 | if all your wanting to do is use a synth at the same time as traktor/serato then the bridge wont really offer any benefits |
Jacalyn Birkenstock 07.04.2011 | Thanks It works perfectly! but I guess I will be better just using Bridge |
