Los Angeles: expensive mixers?
Los Angeles: expensive mixers? Posted on: 13.04.2011 by Danae Dumler Is there any store in LA where I could put my hands on expensive mixers such as the Allen + Heath DB4, the Ecler Evo5 or the Denon DNX1600 or 1700? Guitar Center doesn't carry this stuff and I haven't seen them at Turntable Lab (though I haven't been there in months so who knows). Does the DJTT store in OC carry these things? Any other places anyone knows of? | |

Leeanna Ayla 13.04.2011 | With all the praise i thought a link was in order. Is this the place? http://www.pssl.com/!PkScpSmmmtiQ4oelAwEZUQ!/ |
Homer Selgado 13.04.2011 | +2 for PSSL. "Pro Sound and Stage Lighting" They have a warehouse in orange county that also has a retail showroom in front. They have a LOT of the higher end stuff out on display, but if you talk to em, they will go into the warehouse and pull out whatever it is you are looking for (if they have it of course, but they have a LOT) and set it up on the floor for you, into any of the speakers you feel like hearing it out of (they have a lot of speakers set up, with it set-up for demo-ing). So I suggest bringing your laptop and audio interface so you can see and hear how it will work with you setup. **EDIT** My first purchase through them was going to be Traktor Control Vinyl, but everything in their warehouse was warped in some way, but they pulled their ENTIRE stock out of the warehouse for me, and let ME inspect all of them. Definitely cool people. Recently I ordered a pair of Denon DN-SC2000's from their online store, with free one day shipping. I will definitely be going to them when I can't find it cheaper online |

Carline Whichard 13.04.2011 | Have you tried PSSL(Pro sound and stage lighting) in the OC I know they carry most all of those. Im sure if you call them and tell them you want to check them out they will let you take a look. |
