Reply to M-Audio Delta 44/66

Hey lads,
I've got a couple of questions about the M-audio Delta series, I was hoping that someone that owns this soundcard can answer my questions
1. Does the M-Audio Delta 44 (and 66) work with traktor like an Audio 8 does?
Is it able to (just like the audio 8 in TP2) work with 4 different timecode signals? (4 ins 4 outs)
2. What do I receive when I buy this, do I receive a box with a thing that I have to build myself, or is the soundcard ready?
3. How is the latency on this card?
4. What's the big difference between the Delta 44 and '66?
