Please ignore. I returned my ns6 for an s4

Hey all,

Just bought myself a Numark NS6, but I love Traktor and don't want to switch to Serato. I downloaded the .tsi files from http://numarkns6.com/support under the "software" tab, but I'm still not getting any response from Traktor after import. I'm following the manual instructions exactly

"1. See the NS6 Quickstart Guide for instructions on setting up your NS6.
2. Connect NS6 to your computer and open Traktor 2.
3. Go to File􏰀Preferences. Click the Import button at the bottom of the window.
4. Select NS6Traktor2Sampler.tsi. Click Open to open the file.
5. In the window that appears, check Audio Device Settings. (Other required boxes will already be checked

I am aware of the other options. I bought the NS6 because I liked it more than the other controls you listed.

Learn to love Itch, or return your NS6. If you didn't want to switch to Serato, you shouldn't have bought an itch controller. It's midi mappable, but it's in no way designed with Traktor's functions in mind, especially in the area of FX.

Native Instruments Kontrol S4
Denon MC6000
Pioneer DJ-T1
Xone DX

Those are all Traktor controllers, and can be had for the same price or less. Even if they don't accept a return, they might let you trade.

then idk..... i'd use serato.... seems what its more fit with... not really my kind of traktor controller

I'm about 6 imports in. Sometimes the blue "CTRL" lights up other times it doesn't, other than that...no response.
