Reply to Numark Omni control problems - no response just clicking noises

Hi all, I bought a Numark omni control about 3 months ago, and everything so far has been working fine.

However now when I try to use it all I get is a constant clicking sound coming through the headphones and the speakers. There is no audio, no lights and the knobs/faders etc dont change anything.

The device does not appear to be in the windows device manager when plugged in via USB. I have tried it on another pc, a mac, with power supply, new usb cable and had no joy. In the traktor settings I cannot select it to adjust latency settings as it says no device attached, and I cannot select it as a port in the controller mappings. I have deleted the drivers and tried to reinstall but I just get a timeout error message 0x0005. I am running windows 7 64bit.

Has anyone else had any problems like this, or know of a fix for it?
