Reply to Black VCI100 with jogwheel sensitivity adjustment broken

I have the possibility to buy a black vci 100 but the seller indicates to me that the touch sensitivity adjustment of one jogwheel is broken.

So my question are : is it a big issue ? How much money will you give for that ? (actually the price is 180
