Need help for s4 upgrade Hi, Its been almost two months since I bought the traktor kontrol s4. I aleady checked in my spam folder for the email to the Traktor Pro 2 for the update, but there is nothing from NI. My software is registered, and the hardware too,. I am also registered user at the support in NI WebsiteAll I got from NI is a ticket number AND EMAIL saying A new ticket has been created for your request. We will reply to your request as soon as possible. Due to the high amount of incoming requests we are not able to answer all requests on time. Please be patient for some days. . Can you help me to get my update sending me the email, please? I know this is a very frequent subject, but believe me I already spent number of hours looking for a solution. Thank you very much | |
