Reply to CDJ400 set up to Traktor2

I have two CDJ400's, a DJM300s mixer and traktor scrath pro 2.

Can anyone give me simple instructions on how to set up my 2 decks to the software enabling me to use the decks in PC mode as MIDI controllers?

I am a complete novice to this so the more idiot proof explanation the better.
