Question about which potentiometers to buy
Question about which potentiometers to buy Posted on: 04.12.2011 by Queen Sichel So, I was believeing of doing a modded nanokontrol, but I have a question about buying the potentiometers, I've been looking here: https://www.elfa.se/elfa3~se_en/elfa...sive_component but there are so many different types. Don't really know which ones would work and which ones wouldn't. I was reading up on http://fakemoneynyc.blogspot.com/201...-blown-at.html which say "10k linear potentiometers" and "10k linear 60mm faders"... 10k what? Also, if someone have a tip on buying decent faders for a good price in Europe I'd be happy. (thomann had a few, but these seemed a bit expensive?) | |

Queen Sichel 05.12.2011 | Ah, things get a bit clearer. So many numbers, so little knowledge. :-) |
Sulema Eshel 05.12.2011 | 10K = 10K ohms - resistance when the fader is fully on. |
