Reply to Novation Launchpad

I've been looking into a bunch of different production software and decided to go with ableton live. I ordered the launchpad because it is fairly inexpensive and seems to be a good integrated controller for ableton. My question is what other controllers would you guys recommend that work well with the launchpad for someone who is fairly new to edm production/djing? I've been looking at the korg nanokontrol and similar effects controllers but thought I would see what people on here have as recommendations.. Thanks for any suggestions!
