Well from the looks of it, its a NS7 with a Drum pad in the middle.
I believe if it is the NS7 motorized turntables then i would rather buy this kit then the NS7FX. You could do sooo much with the drum pad and i really believe this could change my mobile gig setup!!!

For the FX section, I don't see why the MPC section can't also function as FX controls (it has velocity sensitivity after all) via a toggle. Or maybe clean up the controls on the decks themselves and repurpose the spare area on the decks for FX.

idk i believe you should put all the fx controls on the tts like the v7. it would unclutter the mixer section imo.

i wanted it, but when i made my own prototype on photoshop, this thing is definitely going to be too big.

I feel like this thing is gonna be a monster anyways why not go all out, stand alone mixer capabilities... add some front load CD decks could add piece of mind... not to mention twice the price tag... though... instant grat mapped to the pads... could be sick.

Could be fun to play on but it's looking like modular is the wave of the future.

It would be a yay, but the EQ knobs are way too close together for me.

nay, everything looks too out of place... umark would have been smarter to release a ns7 with 4 mixer channels and motorised pitch faders, and a seperate mpd made of metal with quality components like this they could have my money..

yup, i'm too much after the new NI one, so my opinion is not that valuable yet

Layout is interesting for sure, but not an improvement to MY actual setup, or workflow. But hey... each his own. I say well done Numark, at least it's something different

i still believe its too early to say anything on it but i hope the pads will be mappable to anything especially with itch's sp6!!!
