hi,
right now iv'e got a cdj 850 near perfect condition & a cdj 1000mk2 a bit used but good condition.
ive been offerd a good deal on a 1000mk3 good condition and need to sell the 850 or the 1000mk2 for some of the money.
which one should i keep which one should i sell??
what is better,perfect condition 850 or ok condition 1000mk2???

I just sold my 1000MKIII's before they decreased in value, next Im believeing of the 900's, but in your case, I would keep the 850.

Yeah well, id suggest you get 2x cdj 850 if smth..

I changed from 1000mk3s to 850's and it was really a trade-up.
If u want good waveforms from cds then you should save your loaded data from sd card on the 1000 and load it into rekordbox!

Hell I probably will get killed for saying this but I even like the jogs on the 850 more than the 1000

sell the 1000 mk 2

its old already and the cd lens probably would die out soon - the 850s can always use rekordbox and its more future proof IMO

i play mainly cd's.
hate on the 850 u cant see the wave forms but it is perfect condition.
like being able to see the wave forms on the 1000mk2 but it is only in ok condition and i want something thats going to last.

give us more info so we can help you with pros and cons bro!

example,
Do you play with CDs mainly or do u use USB? or do you play with software?

I would personally go with the other 1000 player cus it would look better.
but thats me.
