VCI100 glitchy jogwheel?
VCI100 glitchy jogwheel? Posted on: 07.02.2012 by Aleida Chugg I bought I used vci100, there is a problem with the right jogwheel. The jogwheel looks physically fine and moves well but in software when you try to scratch the jogwheel it is not precise at all, it jumps and accelerates all over the place. The same thing happens when you try to use the pitch bend adjustment on the outside of the jogwheel. The touch sensor reacts fine when I touch it, so it seems that the problem is with the optical sensor. I've tried adjust the sensitivity on the back but it doesn't help. The left jogwheel is fine. Just wondering if there is any easy fix I could try before dealing with the hassle of sending it back. | |
