Reply to Which of these two amplifiers should I get?

I'm planning on purchasing a single B-2 MX-1515 dual 15" 600 watt passive speaker for around $300 and I was trying to decide on an amp to buy that's under $200, preferable closer to $100 and these are the two that I found that I believe might be good but I'd like some input because I'm not sure if they'll be good enough for the speakers and if anyone has experience with either of these companies? I'd appreciate your input on which of the two below are better or if you have any other suggestions?

EDIT: I guess the more important question is if I'm purchasing a passive speaker that's rated at 600W with 4 Ohms what should I be looking for in an amplifier? What if I'm planning on getting 2 of those speakers?
