Running multiple midi controllers in Traktor

With all the new modular line of midi controllers out there, i was wondering how to run a vci-100 with another controller ie. x-1, behringer cmds etc..... . And maybe some other different setups.

also, is there any way to trick serato in believeing original vci-100 is a mk2

I can safely say that's a negative. The difference between the MK1 and the MK2 is that the MK2 has a built-in soundcard, no way to trick something like that

But yeah, I used to hook up the iPad, iPhone (via Lemur), 2 Midi Fighters, 2 LPD8's, Dicers and a X1 to Traktor for some ridiculous MIDI fun. All works great with one another as long as you've got the Ins & Outs set correctly.

I find that when I just import with the bottom button it tends to over write what i have in the mapping section.

If I go to Add and then Import, I can add as many as I would like with no issues.

Good to know. I'm on the verge of buying TSP2 and would want to hook up my Dicers, LP and UC-33e/UC-16.

I'm currently running both my Hercules Steel and my X1's in TP2 with no issues. Just plug them in and load the mappings.

Just plug them in and point each mapping to the correct device and you should be good to go!
