Audio Interface For Samples

hello guys, i currently have an audio2dj and an X1.
i want to start using the sample decks , witch audio interface should
i upgrade too? im a bit confused with the amount of channels
audio interfaces can control.

Yup.

You might just get the A10 in that case and give the loop recorder some use, it will make a lot more sense with the next update.

yeah i was currently going to ask that.
my current use is, external mixer, and control 2 channels with the x1.
so i guess,
audio 6 gives me 2 decks plus one channel for both sample decks
and audio 8 gives me 2 decks plus two channels for sample decks.
is that correct?

Then you'll need something like the Audio 4. I use both sample decks on the same channel and use the X1 to control the volume of each individual slot. If you wanted to do it this way then you would have an extra channel open.

Are you mixing internally? If so you don't need another audio interface.
