| Mariah Hegemann 24.03.2012 | Definitely get the S2. The Mixtrack Pro's build quality is nothing compared to the S2's, and its layout is kind of weak. The S2 is a very well thought-out unit with lots of effects capabilities, easy cue point access, and a much more professional design than the Typhoon or the Mixtrack Pro. You also get full software with the S2, whereas with the other two controllers you mentioned, you'd have to upgrade to the full editions of the software. There's also a very handy booth output on the S2, and it basically has a built-in Audio 6 sound card. It's most definitely the best choice. |
| Chasidy Heckenbach 24.03.2012 | i would definitely stretch that bit and go for the S2... apart from it being a better controller than the mixtrack (pro) as nathanward says you get the full version of traktor pro 2 and not just the limited version. upgrading from the limited version to the pro is probably close to 100quid as well (which u *will* want to do at some point). |
