Reply to Fast Track pro dead? All led indicators are on

Guys please I need help, I'm about to freak out.
I connected my guitar to my FTP as usuall and suddenly audio stopped and all the led indicators turned on! WTF!
Does anyone know about this?
I want to email m-audio about this but I dont know to what adress to send them the email!
