Reply to any good numark mixtrack pro mods? ? ?

I am wondering if there are any mods for the mixtrack pro that require taking it apart and busting out the soldering iron. I wanted to replace the play/cue/sync//stutter with arcade buttons...I dont know if this is possible though. I plan on getting new knobs and faders and painting the case but thats easy stuff. I need ideas!
