Reply to Old Ecler Nuo 3s VS Ecler Nuo 3.0s

I'm a very happy owner of a Nuo 2.0 but I'm considering upgrading to a 3 or 4 channel mixer. The Nuo range still looks really attractive since they are affordable and I'm a huge fanboy, but what the difference between the old range and the current range

3.0 - Looks prettier, has per channel VU meters.

3 - Has bass kill switches, 2 headphone jacks (why?), a balance knob for booth output, more line inputs (what's the difference between H-line and L-line)

Is that it? Did I miss anything? Does anyone have any thoughts on the two? Or know where I could find the manual or the older model?
