Thoughts on the CDJ350?
Thoughts on the CDJ350? Posted on: 01.02.2011 by Hyman Landez I've been Djing with controllers for five years now and I'm getting sick of using sync features. Using CD players to me is the right way to go.So I really want to venture into the world of CDJ's . Does anybody have any opinions on the CDJ350's. I can only find retailer reviews and all they say are good things because they are trying to sell them. Any honest thoughts? Keep in mind I cant drop 3000 on cd players | |

But i have more fun on my s4. i believe denon still give 100 dollar rebates for usa/canadian customers. |

Vikki Jeannoel 30.07.2012 | 400s are a much better way to go . The 350s feel really cheap! |
Kiyoko Wellisch 30.07.2012 | And the 1000mk3s will probably hold their value nicely as well. |
Candy Vardy 30.07.2012 | Why don't you try save up a bit more, and buy a pair of CDJ 1000 mk3's? They might be a bit old, but they still work great and are tried and tested CDJ's. You can also pick up some really good 2nd hand deals for them these days. Other than that if it's between the 350 or 400 I'd say get the 400's. I've played on both and the 400's felt better. Also if you trying to get back into the traditional style of DJ'ing again Rekordbox, isn't a biggy. |
Kiyoko Wellisch 30.07.2012 | Even the 850s? I'm pretty sure Denon make a load of excellent CD players as well :P |
Sparkle Faldyn 28.07.2012 | Just turn off sync in Traktor, problem solved. No need to be stupid and buy inferior cdj's. Anything below the 900 line is a waste of money, and Pioneer is pretty much the only brand when it comes to CDJ's. They're the technics of zeros and ones on a shiny disc. Everything else WILL get broken or worn out. Reference: Years and years and years of experience. |
Babette Poppiti 28.07.2012 | Got a CDJ350 about 6 months ago now - and there's one massive difference between it & the CDJ400 that Tundra T mentioned - RekordBox support! This allows you to use the deck with features usually only afforded to digital DJs (music catalogue fully organised on your USB stick - no more tracklistings to write up and print out!) and is a great step between CD & Digital dj-ing. We did a full review over here for those considering the buy or wanting more info - EQDJ - CDJ-350 Review |

Gilma Marchini 03.02.2011 | I played with a pair... Honestly the Jogs felt really really cheap, but maybe it was just the display unit. |
Tatum Ansaldo 04.02.2011 | plus the 350 looks like the kind of CDJ the goddamn batman would use, whereas the 400 is more like this guy. depends on your style I guess... |
Pierre Charnetski 03.02.2011 | I have a 350 and a 400. The looping features are much tighter on the 350 plus you get the rekordbox compatibility. I'd go with the 350. |

Matthew Urtel 31.01.2011 | ebay. $620 OTD. The Units are amazing. |

Matthew Urtel 31.01.2011 | Denon 3700 can be had for the same price as a cdj350...why you would even contemplate getting a cdj350 is beyond my comprehension... |
Hyman Landez 31.01.2011 | I honestly don't see any major differences between the 350's and the 400's. Other than body color and shape they are basically the same. |
Cristian Carmona 31.01.2011 | they are a entry level CDJ, TBH i would save a little more cash and go with the CDJ-400. |
Ulysses Vittetoe 31.01.2011 | I don't own a pair but I was recently in Guitar Center playing around with some gear and the 350s felt really nice and sturdy. They had a pair of those set up and then they also had an S4 set up too and I didn't want to leave the store because I was having too much fun. If you're looking for a pioneer cdj feel without a the bigger price, then I'd say they're a good investment. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIqnB...eature=related |
