Reply to Vestax VMC-002XLu TUB 2-Channel Mixer USB Connectivity Problem

hello djranking s. it's been quite a while since i've been using the Vestax VMC-002XLu TUB. it is only now i'm experimenting it's usb-connection capability with a PC. my problem is i am getting only a single left-channel sound (no sound from the right channel). can anybody help me out on this? thanks
