What is a dj mixer? Posted on: 04.10.2012 by Mohammed Gorny Today I was doing some reading on the numark n4 and the denon mc6000 and they are controllers and standalone mixers. Can I purchase a separate mixer? And is it really worth to have? | |

Evia Nitch 05.10.2012 | A mixer is like a ZJ If I may quote one of this centuries masterpieces, "Beerfest" ; "If you don't know what a ZJ is, you can't afford it" |
Evelyn Navarijo 04.10.2012 | What a mixer does is that it allows you to plug in several audio sources and mix them together (i.e. you have control over such things as volume and EQ separately for each audio source at the same time). In a controller this basically means that you can plug in a turntable or CD player instead of playing audio files from your computer and mix them. |
