Z2 -> can it do that ?
Z2 -> can it do that ? Posted on: 01.11.2012 by Kristian Sadhu Hi foolks,I already asked this on the NI community s so I hope this will not be considered a multi-posting ... The Z2 seems to be THE device I was looking for ... for ages. However I'd like to know if it can do this : I want to play a normal vinyl on one channel (let's say right) (one of the many EPs I have at hand) and use a timecode vinyl on the left one to control my MP3s (I will bitmatch it the oldschool way with the cue on the left channel). If it can do this, then the next question is : what about remix decks ? Will they work ? Thanks for any reply on this. I really hope folks at NI thought about this, because it seems very natural to want mix the good old release with digital loops or creations without having to digitize the hundreds of records I'm use to mix ... If they did not it seems they still have some work ... Cheers. | |

Leeanna Ayla 01.11.2012 | Yes it will do this, but you'll have to set the deck your playing the regular vinyl on as live input in Traktor. |
