Reply to DIY Controller Using Arcade Controller Interface

i am looking into building a DIY controller, a bit like the MIDI Fighter, using this interface :

i would then use Fergo JoystickMidi to use it with traktor

i was believeing if there was any possibility of using rotary encoders or pots with this interface, or would i need a different one?
