Newb gear advice
Posted on: 14.01.2013 by Mariko Imholte
Hello all , I am a fan of eletronic music since I was a kid and now I want to start playing with music in my free time because of my curiosity to find out if I can handle this and of course for fun. I am used to Traktor and Virtual DJ , but i prefer Traktor and in the last time I searched various informations about the proper gear and honestly I am very confused . Personally I believe I must buy a controller to start jogging and I found four of them that might fit . The first one that I like is the new Pioneer DDJ Wego , the second one is Reloop Digital Jockey 2 Interface Edition , third is Numark MixTrack Pro and the fourth is Hercules RMX2 . I personally would go for the Reloop Digital Jockey 2 IE but since I don't have good knowledge about the gear I don't want to make a mistake and I want to take the best decision . Also if you have some ideas about some turntables and a mixer that will fit the budget for the controllers mentioned or other controllers that are better are welcome .

Not sure what you will get with such a low budget. Where are you based?
