Has this ever happened to your TWITCH?

While pulling off the knobs from my Twitch in order to coat them in Plasti Dip for a rubberized grip, one of the stems pulled right out of the potentiometer with the knob. See photos.

Anyone else have this issue when upgrading the knobs on their Twitch?

I don't understand why Novation made such terrible knobs on a pretty great controller...???

I had it happen to one knob when trying to put a new chroma cap on. The old ones fit as long as you take out the little stopper in the bottom, the new ones however... lesson learned.

It still works with the stem back in, is a bit looser than before though.

Wouldn't of happened if I hadn't wedged the knob on in the first place, had pulled the other knobs off an on quite a few times trying different knobs out, agreed that that stock twitch knobs are pants. That being said it is still my goto controller, to date haven't seen any all in one controller to rival it for size and features.
