Reply to novation launchpad help

hi iv got a novation launch pad iv been playing around with it for a few weeks I want to use it like m4sonic slowly getting better but can anyone help me find a better way of playing it. any tips are helpful. also any pack would b helpful to practice you can see how I play it on the video link below
