Reply to Numark Mixtrack Pro Platter Fix

Hello guys, so I`m using Numark mixtrack pro for mixing and scratching. Recently I noticed, that my right jog wheel is spinning freer than the left one. Most of the time I scratch on the right one. So I opened my console, but dont know what to look for. I believe, that the problem comes from the plastic washer ( I believe, that it is bent, but i dont know...). So have anybody encounter such problem with this console and how can I fix it ?
