The new album by Gregor Tresher 'Lights From The Inside', is labelled as a beatport 'Exclusive'. Why then, is it available on JunoDownload?

Juno often lists tracks before they're available. Many times you can indirectly find out how long it will be exclusive.

03.06.2011		Yeah, two weeks seem to be a fairly usual time for stuff to stay "Beatport exclusive". Noticed this recently when a couple of EPs I had checked out on Beatport before suddenly started showing up on whatpeopleplay (my favorite mp3 store btw, sadly they have a fair bit less music available than other pages)

They used to be "exclusive" in the past. Now either labels ignore this or Beatport leaves the tag for too long on most of the cases.
