Reply to website critique

Hello everybody,

I wanted to ask you guy, what would you improve on my website?
I had wordpress for over 2 years but wordpress load time is horrible so I moved to html. I just uploaded it to but pretty much In my opinion the main page looks kind of empty but i do not know what to add.
btw Picture section is down but it will be up tomorrow.
