Reply to Djtt vci-100

Hello DJTT,

I have been a member of this community for roughly a year, and in December (2011) I bought my VCI-100 from this community . I was told that this VCI-100 had the updated 1.4 Firmware. However, upon opening the VCI in preparation of the arcade mod, I realized that there was no 1.4 Firmware Chip. Seeing as how I purchased it informed that it was at 1.4 FW. I am extremely frustrated about this whole situation. This transaction was via PayPal
What should I do? Better yet what can I do? Though I know it is my fault for not checking this sooner, I also was told it was at 1.4 FW. Could I get my money back?

Whoever has any advice or ideas on what I can do it would be great! DJTT Rocks!
